Which mini-course do you sign up for?

Begin by enrolling for 1 of 3 Master's graduate courses (either regular Graduate Credit or Graduate Extension Education Credit). We offer an Educational Technology Cognate, an Educational Technology minor, as well as an Educational Technology Major here at Texas State University. The course sequence is:

  • Depending upon which graduate course in which you enroll and your level of expertise, the chart below will determine which mini-courses are appropriate. Note for some of the skills, you have a choice to use either the Microsoft Office products or the Appleworks products. You should think seriously about learning both as both are prevalent in the schools regardless of what you are familar with.
  • Under special circumstances, participants can enroll for up to 2 courses. Click on each course to see a course syllabus to determine the course content
